About
My name is Ed Selby. I am a photographer -- that is to say, I use a camera as my tool of choice to express my creative side.
Photography is something more than a hobby for me. I may not be a "professional photographer", but I have a professional approach to my photography.
Every shoot should be fun - fun for me, and fun for the client/subject. If it isn't fun, it isn't worth doing.
Is it important to you know what gear I shoot with? Okay, here you go:
- Nikon D300
- Nikon D70
- Holga 120
- Variety of Tamron and Nikon lenses
- Alien Bees 800
- Nikon SB600
- Nikon SB800
- Photoshop CS3
- Lightroom
My studio is located in Ball Ground, GA between Cumming and Canton - convenient to Ga. 400 and I-75. The shooting spaces include a 35x14x9 private space with window light as well as studio strobes, numerous full sun and open shade spaces, and a private wooded area on the Etowah River.
